I was very disappointed that there was no label in either of these products or packaging stating that they were supplied by the 'Cashmere Centre'. As they were both destined as gifts I felt that it would be like giving something I bought from an anonymous market stall! At these sorts of prices I believe a label sets a measure of 'exclusivity'. The shawl was advertised in the catalogue as being made from merino wool, it did not say that on the care label. There was no care label with the gloves. I am not sure that I will purchase anything else from the Cashmere Centre.

Thank you for your feedback. The shawls should have a label confirming that they are merino wool. It appears this has not been checked by us on delivery and I apologise for this. Certainly the shawl should be in perfect condition and as with all our products we will provide a full refund if you wish to return it to us. We do not normally send care labels with the gloves but in view of your comments we will do so from now on. Jeff Pert General Manager
