Excellent service - only shame being that the colours shown in teh catalogue don't always match up with the articles themsleves

Thank you for your feedback. It is difficult to match all the colours very accurately in the catalogue. We do offer a free returns service and are happy to provide a full refund or exchange if you are not entirely satisfied.

I like the products and the larger sizes available although the sleeves were rather long. I was very disappointed by the long wait for delivery for both items I ordered.

We apologise for the delay that you have experienced. Most of our items are despatched within a few days of receipt of order. However on this ocassion your item was out of stock. Due to the high quality and individual nature of our products these delays sometimes occur. Our items, unlike some larger companies, are not mass produced, However we understand the inconvenience caused and apologise for this. We are endeavouring to improve the lead times for all our products.

I appreciate getting a reply! I will order again from you as I like the products very much however I think you will find it difficult to retain customers if they experience delays in delivery. I buy a lot of items by mail order and associate long delivery times with those companies who supply goods at the lower end of the market. I feel that you could make things better by contacting customers by email to let them know a proposed delivery date once two weeks have elapsed since receiving the order.

We have not xperienced this complaint with our socks previously. All our products are fully guaranteed so please return them to us and we will provide a full refund or replce them with a new pair free of charge.

I can only apologise for what was a series of errors on our part. Normally we ask customers to allow 28 days for us to replenish out of stock items. On this occasion we had a mix up in the office which caused the extended delay. We will of course stand by our guarantee and will be happy to provide a refund if you are not satisfied with the pashmina.
