We are sorry to hear that the quality was not to your satisfaction on this occasion. With wear, the cashmere fibres will naturally lift making your pashmina feel softer and fuller. For this reason, a new pashmina may not feel as soft or thick as one you have been wearing for a while. This is quite normal as they have just been newly woven and pressed. Once worn a few times your pashmina will become as soft as previous purchases. Handwashing frequently will refresh and condition the fibres and help it last a lifetime. We hope this will restore your faith in our pashmina and hope your recent experience will not deter you from making future purchases with us.
