Check garments more carefully as it was disappointing too find flaw after I had worn it & it was expensive enough!

The 2 tone colours are an intentional design feature on the particular scarf that you purchased. However if this is not to your liking, we do have some plain colours available including red, grey and royal blue, which we would be happy to exchange for you. Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review on your recent purchase of the Maxine 4 Ply Cable Turtle Neck. We can see from Royal Mail Tracking that this item was delivered to you on Saturday 13th January on a Special Delivery Next Day service. We do hope you are pleased with the sweater. I can see that you subsequently ordered our Gina Turtle Neck in February, but unfortunately the size and colour you wanted was no longer available. As we are in our Sale period, stock does become limited and certain sizes and colours start to sell out so we are sorry we could not fulfil that order for you. The refund was processed immediately at our end, however it can take 3-5 working days for funds to appear back in your account, subject to the card issuer, I'm afraid that is out of our control. We appreciate that you have been a valued customer with us for over 10 years so I do hope this does not put you off ordering from us again in the future. Kind regards Customer Services

Established in 1998 The Cashmere Centre has seen steady growth each year in both the range of products that we stock and the number of customers who buy from us. All the products are designed by us and made in our factories and are therefore exclusive to The Cashmere Centre. We take pride in giving a great service and if you phone us you will get straight through to one of our telephone team (based in North Buckinghamshire) who love and wear cashmere as well, will be able to answer all your colour and sizing questions. And if that’s not enough, at The Cashmere Centre we offer 3 exclusive services; our made to order service enables you to order any sweater or cardigan in any of this seasons colour range; our Re-finishing service will bring back to life any old favourite cashmere sweater that may be looking a bit tired and worn; and finally our specialist repair service can mend small holes in cashmere sweaters, even if they have been made by other suppliers! That is what makes us ‘The Cashmere Specialists’ and the 'Home of the Pashmina'.
