Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review on your recent purchase of the Maxine 4 Ply Cable Turtle Neck. We can see from Royal Mail Tracking that this item was delivered to you on Saturday 13th January on a Special Delivery Next Day service. We do hope you are pleased with the sweater.
I can see that you subsequently ordered our Gina Turtle Neck in February, but unfortunately the size and colour you wanted was no longer available. As we are in our Sale period, stock does become limited and certain sizes and colours start to sell out so we are sorry we could not fulfil that order for you. The refund was processed immediately at our end, however it can take 3-5 working days for funds to appear back in your account, subject to the card issuer, I'm afraid that is out of our control.
We appreciate that you have been a valued customer with us for over 10 years so I do hope this does not put you off ordering from us again in the future.
