Please provide some images of the item(s) you have received to customerservice@thefragranceshop.co.uk Where possible please also include full images of the product including images showing the bar code on the product box, an image of the dispatch note that was sent with the parcel. We also require full images of the outer packaging. Please do not open any items as this may prevent us being able to accept a return and do not dispose of any packaging or items unless you are advised to do so as we may require a return or further images. Should we require further images or a return and you have disposed of the product/packaging or are not able to provide requested information, please note that we may not be able to assist you further. Once we can verify the wrong item has been sent we can look to authorise a return for you.
