After I had received the second greenhouse heater, I moved the thermostat sensor away from that heater in accordance with the new instructions you gave me. There was an improvement, but still not nearly enough to prevent me wasting large amounts of gas. It was only when I received the third heater, of a much better quality (and at a higher price), that the problem was resolved.
As I said, I was quite satisfied with the speed your service when I complained, but it still cost me a bomb in wasted gas because you sold me a poor quality heater which evidently had a deficient thermostat on both occasions. The lesson I have learnt is that it never pays to buy too cheaply. I would have saved an awful lot of money if I had bought a decent quality heater in the first place.
