I bought the Air Drying Rack, for a friends Birthday....she loves it, as she is now making her own healing cosmetics, it will be used for drying Lavender. So pleased I found it.

I am disappointed to hear of your comments concerning our company. I can assure that our main priority is delivering good quality products, at excellent value and providing each of our customers with the best possible service. Not accumilating as many orders as possible without care. I apologise for the inconvenience caused by the faulty heaters and am pleased to hear that you are happy with the replacement that we sent you. It has since been brought to our attention that the heaters are in fact not faulty but a page from the instructions explaining that you are to remove the thermostat sensor probe from the back of the heater and attach it away from the heater, was missing! I hope that you are not left with any ill feeling towards us and hope that you will consider ordering with us again. Kind regards Alexandria Davies

After I had received the second greenhouse heater, I moved the thermostat sensor away from that heater in accordance with the new instructions you gave me. There was an improvement, but still not nearly enough to prevent me wasting large amounts of gas. It was only when I received the third heater, of a much better quality (and at a higher price), that the problem was resolved. As I said, I was quite satisfied with the speed your service when I complained, but it still cost me a bomb in wasted gas because you sold me a poor quality heater which evidently had a deficient thermostat on both occasions. The lesson I have learnt is that it never pays to buy too cheaply. I would have saved an awful lot of money if I had bought a decent quality heater in the first place.

I apologies that there was delay between us receiving the returned covers and your refund being processed, I believe this was an over sight on our part and for that I am sorry. Concerning the design change of these covers, it still remains a mysery as to why they are no longer operating as they should, as the manufacturers as you know believe them to be the same as they have always been and suitable for the product they make. I hope that despite these issues, we have maintained a high level of service and shown that we genuinely wanted to rectify the problems that you had.
