Very efficient. Held greenhouse until we were ready for its delivery. Telephone staff polite and knowledgeable. Delivery driver polite, freindly and well presented.

They have been very helpful, the product and instruction manual all seem very good, but they did send the wrong glass and one other bit was missing, this was promptly rectified.
