Hi Nicholas,

I am so sorry to hear that you received the wrong item; this is a very rare occurrence as we do everything we can to make sure items are double and triple checked before being packed and sent out. We do also offer a free collection service with our couriers Interlink Express for wrongly sent items if it is more convenient for you than going to the post office which should have been offered to you.
