Thank you for your enquiry it has allowed us to see that you have not recieved your order. I Can confrim that your order was sent out on the 23rd June and was due to be with you on the 24th June as it was sent via DPD our next day courier. when we recieved your feedback we looked onto the system and saw that your order had been carded due to no one being there to sign for it. I then asked for them to resend to you please can you confirm if your have recieved it or not as we value a good service for all of our customers if you did recieve it please will you consider rerating us as we did try and get the order to you in a suitable time but unfortunately there was no one in to sign for it Naphtali Esprit Dispatch Co-ordinator -TheHealth&SafetyGroup
