Hi Shaun, thank you for your review. I can see you placed your order on 30/11/22 and opted for our standard delivery. Unfortunately, this was the day before the first of the December Royal Mail strikes and whilst your order was dispatched that day, it would have been 02/12/22 before it entered the postal system. Our various website announcements advise of expected delays during strike periods and if your order is urgent to opt for a tracked service. The strikes are causing serious disruption to our services and I can only apologise for the delay.
