You’re asking about my experience before I’ve had it. So far, all I’ve received is an email saying I only had to pay for one shipping. I have no idea of the quality as I’ve not received my order.

Hi anonymous, we are concerned by your review and after a quick investigation I can see that you have not attempted to make any contact via email or telephone and opted to make your first contact with us through our review platform. I can see that my Colleague emailed you and advised that we had collated your orders and refunded you one set of international postage to save you money. I can confirm your order was shipped on Wednesday 24th November 2021 via Royal Mail's International Tracked and Signed for service which can take around 7 working days to be delivered which is clearly stated on your order confirmation, dispatch email and on our website. I am pleased to see that your parcel was passed to US Postal service on 25th November 2021 and is now in transit. To help I have emailed you your tacking details so you can keep up to date on the progress of your delivery which is estimated to be delivered within the next few working days.
