Many apologies for this, due to the Covid situation we are still experiencing huge demand for our products and this is placing a strain at certain times on certain aspects of our business. Moving forwards, we have taken steps to increase our manpower in the office and warehouse, which should hopefully help ease things and prevent situations such as this one occurring. You've bought a really great oven, so hopefully you will be able to get on and enjoy using it over the long hot summer months.

Hi Tom, We are really sorry this has happened. In fairness we did speak with you when the first attempted delivery failed as we needed to rearrange the delivery. Unfortunately the pallet networks are still under pressure with a large amount of goods being moved and unfortunately on this occasion your pallet was delayed beyond the arranged date, which sadly was beyond our control. We are currently reviewing our delivery providers and will be making some changes in the very near future in an attempt to reduce the opportunity for situations such as this to happen.
