Hi Robert. I'm very sorry that your experience with us was below par. We work very hard to try and ensure that our customers get a positive experience when they engage with us, and on this occasion, we clearly fell short. In our defence, Tom had recently joined the company and was still learning about the range we stock. Unfortunately because i was out of the office when you called, he was a little unsure how to deal with it, hence his reticence when you spoke with him. I gather that the broken stone issue (which was damaged in transit) was resolved for you, so you can now enjoy your oven. Regards, Iain
