Hi, Thanks for your feedback. As we explained to you when you called us, our bundle (which is very competitively priced) includes a bag of pellets. Yes, you're right, our pellets are priced at £12.50 per bag when bought separately, but as you will appreciate, our core business is not selling pellets, it is selling pizza ovens. Consequently on the pellets, we have absolutely no way of competing with the buying power of companies such as the Plumb Centre (part of the Wolseley group which has a turnover of £1.9 Billion). I was on hand when my colleague took your call (I think it was your wife or girlfriend who called us) and I know that she was sympathetic, courteous as she explained the above to you. Please be assured, you have bought a superb pizza oven at one of the best package prices on the market and you certainly have not been 'ripped off', nor were you told that this was 'tough luck'. We work extremely hard on ensuring that our customer service is exceptional, and that our customers are sissified with both the product they buy, and the service they receive. Moving forwards, when you come to buy more pellets (which may take some time as the Uuni 3 is a very efficient pizza oven), I would encourage you to go to the Plumb Centre, so that you get the very best price. In fact I would like to thank you as you have demonstrated to our customers how cheap the Uuni 3 is to run on an ongoing basis.
