Incredibly polite and helpful. Problem with Royal Mail delivery but Present Tree pursued the difficulty to a good conclusion . Excellent service.

I was disappointed in the size of the "tree", when shown it by the recipient it was about 7-8 inches. Not at all like the specimen shown on the web page.Ssying that lovely packaging and great service.
