Thank you for the response, refund (less shipping) & voucher I dont intend on using. The item arrived a day later than even FedEx promised... which was evening of 11th. Something for you to note for future reference in shipping to ROI. 4 Business days! It was also *tiny* - not quite what I was expecting based on the photos on your website ... the tree I eventually bought for this gift was 2m tall and cost a lot less. The packaging is beautiful, but should not be more valuable than the contents.
