However, we do need to ask for photos because diagnosing a tree's health issues can be tricky. I believe you were unable to send any photos of your Rowan tree, so the diagnosis was not possible. If you ever have any concerns over your Rowan tree's health issues in the future, and you are able to take photos on your mobile phone, they can be easily attached to your email. At first the tree was limp and looked like it was dying. I potted it up using organic compost and now it's looking better. I hope it survives for our new life and home .
