We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Recipient loved the gift for a colleagues parent passing. Only issue was tried to change gift message 10mins after ordering and was told too late!
