We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We always value your feedback whether it is positive or negative. It really helps, so thank you for taking time to leave a review, as we are always seeking new ways to improve. I see you have been in contact with our customer happiness team and they have explained how your Rose bush has been pruned to encourage late summer blooms. It is approx 30cm high and will grow to 60cm this summer and autumn.

It's also great to hear that you have now planted it out into your garden as this will allow its roots to grow and become more established.
