Tannita, Jordan and Andy all work hard to ensure their customers are well looked after during their stay with us, and we really appreciate your comments about the cleanliness of our site and your experience with the staff. Regarding the security deposit, we do ask for a refundable security deposit to be paid when you move in and this is included in the storage quote we send before you reserve and also when you reserve a storage unit this is explained in the confirmation email. This deposit is also refunded straight back to your card when you vacate the storage room. Regarding a student discount, we do offer a 50% discount on our standard prices for 8 weeks on our student storage units which I can see you were able to take up, and this offer has been incredibly popular this year with demand being exceptionally high for storage from local students, who indeed do use us primarily during the gaps in term time as you mention.
