Hi Matthew, thank you for leaving a review. The seams are not coming away from the board as we suspect small areas where not glued in the first place. We are still waiting for a repsonse to our email on Tue, 30 Apr 2024 at 3:35 PM requesting an image of the serial number of the board. Once this has been provided we can arrange collection. We have offered you a replacement but you have decided to not proceed with an board purchase. On your orders return to us it will be refunded in full as already offered via the support ticket you raised with this. We look forward to hearing from you.
