We can rebook the collection on a day and time that suits you between Monday to Friday from 0900 - 1600hrs. A three hour window is required for collection. Please provide this to us via the support ticket you have open by emailing help@thesupco.com on the existing thread of correspondence. If this collection process is not satisfactory for you, in this instance you can return your unwanted item to us at The SUP Company, Woodmill Lane, Southampton, Hampshire, SO18 2JR as per Return's process. We will then make a £20 contribution to the return cost. On proof of a receipt, we will make a bank transfer to you for this contribution. Once again our apologies for the delays you have experienced for your collection.
