Haven't received my ties yet which were purchased over a week ago, I have the order number 12829 but there doesnt seem to be anywhere on the website I can view my order even when I log in

Thank you for your feedback. Your ties were dispatched on the 01/07/14 using Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery which you selected at checkout. Typically, this service takes 3-5 working days but occasionally it can take slightly longer.
