Good quality items as ever. But very slow refund for returns. Had a refund from Next & M&S at a similar time - kept clothes from all but just send a few back - and their refunds were in days before.

Ordered two items delivery was slow . Ordered a kaftan which you’d suppose would cover the torso unfortunately its was a big as jumper , so literally useless. Very very disappointed
