There was not enough staff on. Staff started to serve us, we then left waiting and the member of staff started serving another customer. The whole experience made me wish I had ordered on line

You did not have the size jeans I wanted and the shop assistant yawned while talking to us and appeared not to care very much.

Very tidy store, we were not approached to ask if we needed help but we knew what we wanted and headed straight to the Little White Company section at the back of the store. The Man at the till point

Staff were helpful if a little slow, I was the only customer in the shop, assistant had trouble inputting my details on computer/till for brochure.
