Dear MP Thank you for taking the time to give us - and other shoppers your feedback. I am very sorry you were disappointed with the pillows. Customers do often find that a good 'flumping' helps loosen up the wool in these pillows when they arrive. They often get a bit squashed in their travels, but with a little flumping they should soften up beautifully. Being made with a fine 220 thread count 100% cotton casing (138gsm) casing allows us to avoid the need of a sweaty polyester interlining. This cotton is somewhat crisp on arrival but the pillows do quieten down after a night or two and in use they become soft and silent. I am glad you found a happy customer in the cat but if you hadn't, I do hope you felt comfortable to take advantage of our hassle free returns policy for a refund or an exchange. The wool duvets are somewhat different, as they undergo a completely different manufacturing process.

British made from the finest British white wool. The wool has been double scoured so it is extremely clean, even after the double scouring there can sometimes be small bits of 'vegetable matter' amongst the wool fibres so the wool is then checked again and any small bits of 'VM' are picked out by hand.
