Eco Tanned Golden Natural Brown Icelandic Sheepskin

Natural undyed Icelandic sheepskin, this is a natural chocolate brown with lovely blonde sunkissed highlights flecked across the fleece. Icelandic sheepskins have two coats: a soft dense undercoat (Pel) and a long outer coat (Tog), giving depth and luxury to the rugs. We hope the image on the website gives you a good indication of the colouring, but every 'rug' will be unique as this is a wholly natural product. These really are the most amazing sheepskins. Due to the natural tanning process, the suede back is soft and supple making the whole sheepskin quite fluid and giving them a lovely drape. Classic style for your home, adding texture and comfort to any room in the house. Use as a throw on a sofa or chair, over the end of the bed, or on garden furniture. Eco tanned using none chromium-based products that are less harmful to the environment, and with a low carbon footprint so they are very environmentally friendly.  Approximate sizing - 90+ cm x 65+ cm  Care instructions: Avoid strong direct sunlight.  To clean, take outside and give it a good shake and a gentle brush with our bamboo sheepskin brush These sheepskins can be spot cleaned they are not suitable for machine washing as the fleece fibres are likely to mat.
