The service is exceptional. I ordered blankets recently and they were delivered to N.Ireland within 2 days well done. The people are also very informative and friendly.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review on Feefo and I am extremely sorry that you had a problem with the delivery. I am not sure if there was a problem with the address or access, but I see from the tracking that the consignment is showing as being collected on 29 November from Wimbledon Delivery Office. We do always encourage customers to contact us in the first instance if there is a problem as we can often help with tracking down a consignment. It is of course really important to us that customers receive consignments when they expect them and I would love to hear from you directly if you have any concerns or suggestions as to how we can improve our service.
