The lamb skin was sent to the wrong address resulting in the newborn babe & her very tired parents not benefiting from the therapeutic effects of lamb skin. The call back took 5 days!!! So a whole wee

Thank you for your review. I am really sorry that this went to the wrong address. I see that the order was placed over the phone and that the delivery address was subsequently changed/corrected but this was not picked up in time for the dispatch. This is a training issue which we have now addressed. I apologise for the inconvenience and hope you will give us a second chance. I wish you luck in your Doula training - a true vocation!
