This was sent to you on 20th September, which duly arrived by courier on the 21st. This is last correspondence that we have received from you, except from the review on Feefo on 29th September. The shawl has not been returned to us, and we have had no e-mail or phone record to say that you wished to return the items or that you needed help to send the item back. We are most surprised that you felt that our Wool baby Shawls were of inferior quality. These shawls have been made by the same firm for 100 years, and are sold in high end boutiques in London and in cities around the globe. We have not had any of these baby shawls sent back to us for being poor quality, and we sell about 100 a month, so we are dismayed that you felt the product you received did not live up to expectations that you had from our description on the website. If you would like to contact us with regards to sending the shawl back ( as long as it is completely unused and still in its packaging)we would be only too happy to help with this.
