Baskets were lovely unfortunately the delivery was not boxes were thrown over a gate and tipped up hence a lot of plants were damaged I have pushed the plants back in and discarded all broken branches

As usual with my orders this selection came with failures of about 25 per cent, i.e. three out of ten plants failed.

I'm not sure yet that they will, Amy. I am somewhat worried that such a failure rate seems to be acceptable to T and M. I doubt that I shall be using garden mail order again with several nurseries nearby me. But I acknowledge the value of your special offers.

I am sorry if you have lost 3 of the 10 Petunia Surfinia plants. The weather conditions during the spring were a little cool when we despatched them in early May so this may have had an effect. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the service received. We can see that the couriers let us down and delivered your original order upside down damaging the plants. You contacted our customer service team who arranged replacements to be sent out to you and we were unaware of any issues with the replacements received. We hope that the replacements have recovered from transit and you will be able to enjoy a display but if this is not the case please do send us some pictures of their condition so we can get this investigated as it disappointing that the couriers have again let us down with your deliveries.
