I am sorry if you have lost 3 of the 10 Petunia Surfinia plants. The weather conditions during the spring were a little cool when we despatched them in early May so this may have had an effect. On this occasion and as a gesture of goodwill I will issue the appropriate refund and apologise for any disappointment. Kindest regards, Naomi, Customer Care.

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the service received. We can see that the couriers let us down and delivered your original order upside down damaging the plants. You contacted our customer service team who arranged replacements to be sent out to you and we were unaware of any issues with the replacements received. We hope that the replacements have recovered from transit and you will be able to enjoy a display but if this is not the case please do send us some pictures of their condition so we can get this investigated as it disappointing that the couriers have again let us down with your deliveries.
