Hello, thank you for leaving us with some feedback. I have checked the details of your order for the Geranium garden ready plants and Buddleja collection and can confirm these were shipped on two separate dates ( 04/07 & 05/07). When possible we do always try to combine deliveries to save on packaging and delivery costs which in turns helps the environment. The only time we will not combine deliveries is if we believe that doing this will compromise the quality of the plants or if the plants come from two separate nurseries. I hope this helps explains our delivery service.

Hi, I'm so sorry for your disappointment. It wasn't your fault that we were unable to send your jasmine plants to the correct address. I have replaced them to the PE address you gave us and which we were too late to amend to. Apologies for the delay in putting things right for you.
