When working with live products, our available stock can change very quickly and unexpectantly. We never like to leave a customer empty-handed and try our hardest to fulfil every order but I can appreciate how disappointing it is when we can't. Hi there, I'm really sorry that your original plants arrived after being too long in transit and were struggling. I hope that you're delighted with your replacement plants. Apologies but I am unable to replace the Garden Ready plants on this order as they are no longer available to replace as it's so late in the season.
