I am truly sorry you feel so disappointed, we do indicate what size plugs will be supplied so customers are aware of what they are ordering. I was disappointed overall because each tray had at least four plugs where the plants were non-existent or badly damaged. They have also been very slow to grow and bloom.

Plants delivered in very poor condition but customer service response was very quick. Although i did not want a refund that is what i got, as my request for replacement plants went unanswered

I'm very sorry to hear that you wouldn't recommend us following the arrival of your perennial plants which were in very poor condition. We aim to only supply plants which are up to our high standards, I'm sorry that this didn't happen in your case. Your plants will be replaced for despatch when our next stock arrives which is during September 2017. I'm sorry to say when the seedlings arrived most were not in a very good condition. I did transplant them straight away, three survived.
