How do we deal with fake reviews?

My plug plants arrived 4 days after they were dispatched and some were in poor condition, as the weather had been hot and did not survive

Hi, thanks for your review. I'm really sorry for your disappointment with your 36 Perennial plugs which were not up to our usual high standards. They should have arrived in good condition whether they were on offer or not. Please accept my apologies. See above comments. It is misleading to call this a free purchase. We had to pay p&p which is a nominal fee granted but no one likes to waste money and this is what happened
