Hi Sue, Sorry to hear about your order not reaching you, it was shipped on the 17th of December by first class post as selected with delivery instructions stated ,"if not in leave in porch", sadly it looks like it was lost in the post, We shall re send your order on Thursday the 2nd Of Jan on a next day delivery so you receive it on Friday the 3rd of January.
