Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm pleased to hear that we were able to deliver your skip as requested, we strive for exceptional service. With regards to your collection, we are currently advising customers that our collections can take up to 5 days due to how busy we are. Our texts are automated once our Transport Operators and routed the job to a vehicle, if you received a number of these it appears that the routers were trying to get your job on different vehicles to get your skip collected ASAP and fit in with your time restrictions. I will feed this on to the Transport Operators to keep in mind in future. We hope to work with you again soon.
