Good Afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. I have spoken to the team involved with your job and it does look like an error was made with booking your address onto the system which meant the driver delivering your skip was not equipped with the lights and cones for your delivery. We were keen to site the skip in location promptly instead of routing your skip delivery onto a different driver to minimise delays for you on site. It does appear that there was a breakdown of communication from here in terms of getting the lights and cones out to you throughout your 4 day hire, I can only apologise for the stress this left you with.
