Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm pleased to hear that we were able to assist with your delivery. Unfortunately, it appears there was a breakdown in communication ahead of your skip collection. Due to unprecedented demand, we are advising customers that collections may take up to 5 working days - from looking at your original booking it appears that we were within this timeframe as we collected on 22nd instead of your requested 19th. With regards to the text messages, these are automated to say when the dates or job details have changed. There won't be anything more than dates on these texts due to the system generating them and this is why no reasoning was given on the text messages. I can only apologise for any inconvenience that has been caused and hope to work with you again in the future to prove our outstanding service.
