We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

There was nothing wrong with it - website was fine - however I don't like to have a booking fee added to the price of the rental. Presumably it's in Toad Halls interest to make a booking - can't rent

Thank you for your comments. The booking fee is an industry standard, and we ensure that ours is 1) transparent and 2) lower than all of our direct competitors. Booked via the telephone rather than online. Service was excellent despite the loss of internet signal when processing the payment.I was rang back within 5 mins to complete the booking.
