This service was ok just couple of points not impressed with 1. Booking fee have never had a request to pay this from any other holiday firm. 2. £25 fee for Assistance Hearing Dog other accommodation

Thank you for your feedback. The booking fee is added by competitors to the price whereas we chose to add this separately to remain as transparent as possible with our charges. Our booking fee is lower than any of our direct competitors.
