Thank you for your feedback. The works taking place are very minor, just relaying some flooring in communal areas for a maximum of 3 hours per day. When renovations or major building works are taking place adjacent to properties we will always make this clear. One of the team will be in touch with you regarding this. Contacted Toad Hall this morning to ask for permission to have our two grandchildren stay for 2 nights during our holiday next week but have been advised that this is not allowed as they are under 7 years of age. Have to say that both my wife and I are disappointed that we cannot have the children for such a short time but if that is the rule we have to comply.
