Thanks for your feedback. Just to clarify Bed Linen is provided at the property as stated. The towel order form and bed linen order form are one and the same. The form you received should have had towels highlighted and red lettering stating that towels are not provided at the property, apologies if the form did not appear as it should. I am pleased to confirm that duvets and pillows are provided at all of our properties. Do have a great stay and enjoy the views from this lovely property. The Toad Hall team.
