The £20 booking fee is excessive when teamed with a large security deposit.

Thanks for your feedback. We try to be as transparent as possible with our booking fee and can assure you that it is lower than all of our immediate competitors. Regarding the security deposit, this is merely a precaution that some owners adopt, it is really very rare for this not to be returned very, very soon after your holiday.
