Thanks for your feedback. The whole Talland complex changed from Friday - Friday holidays at the beginning of 2014 (to Saturday - Saturday)so there have been one or two issues with breaks booked prior to January 1st. We have in all cases contacted those guests and offered their original dates where possible. So sorry for the confusion and we hope that you enjoy your stay in Talland Bay. James

Not clear what the costs are for additional things. No way to pay off incremental payments. Will not use again

Thank you for your comments. On our website in the description (and in the brochure) we do make the extras for this property clear (security deposit and swimming pool charge). We will always accommodate customers payment preferences where possible- which will include paying off in increments if necessary. We hope you have a good stay in Dartmouth. James

Have only paid a deposit so far, so do not really have an opinion of the service offered. I may well have more to say when we have been on holiday and used the cottage.
