Whilst we can speak to the supplier to raise your concerns, we are assuming that you did speak to them at the venue and before leaving regarding your dissatisfaction. What the supplier at the venue will always make explicitly clear to customers such as yourself is that, if there are any issues you experience on the day, then you are to raise these with the supplier before you leave the venue. In almost all cases, they will be able to resolve any issues experienced on the day there and then, so as to avoid the situation escalating into less than positive feedback as it has done here.
