We're glad to hear it was a positive experience for you overall, and that you enjoyed the cars and that you had good instructors with you on the day. Whilst the weather conditions are something that is out of the control of both ourselves and the supplier of this experience at the venue, we do offer an overview of what facilities are available at Three Sisters on our website. That said, it is there more as a general guide rather than an all-encompassing one, as several of the suppliers who we work with host their experiences there, so some facilities on-site may not be available to them or in some cases any of our suppliers hosting experiences there. On which note, regarding delays and organisation issues you experienced, most events hosted at our venues will also feature multiple experience providers, particularly at Three Sisters, which is one of our most popular venues used for driving experiences. That is to say, other members of the public will be involved. Open day events may therefore experience schedule conflicts with others, but our suppliers at the venue will do their best to account for this and minimise delays where they reasonably can. Having spoken with our team, they have advised us that you put in a redemption request for your voucher on Tuesday, 16th April just after 4:35pm. You were then directed to the website for our supplier for this experience, with your redemption code, to book the experience. Good afternoon, we are just getting in touch again regarding your feedback you left us on 17th April about the Junior Sports Car Driving Experience at Three Sisters you booked with Trackdays. Thank you for your patiencewhilst we investigated the issues you experienced at the venue with the suppliers of this experience at the venue. Having spoken to their area manager on the day you attended, they have advised the supplier that it was a very wet day. This is something out of both our control and theirs, naturally. They have advisedus that your drives commenced at 1:30pm, 30 minutes into your session time and one hour after signing in, which all visitors attending for driving experiences need to do and complete along with their safety briefing before they head out onto track. The manager also advised us that the day ran smoothly, even with the weather conditions out on circuit, and that no other customers came back to them with complaints or issues, as a lot of them used the QR code and sat in the cafe whilst waiting to drive their vehicles. They can only assume therefore that you were under the assumption that you thought you were driving at 12:30pm. They also had no record of you raising any concerns on the day either. What we will also say in respect of this, is that the supplier at the venue will always make explicitly clear to customers such as yourself is that, if there are any issues you experience on the day, then you are to raise these with the supplier before you leave the venue. In almost all cases, they will be able to resolve any issues experienced on the day there and then, so as to avoid the situation escalating into less than positive feedback as it has done here. We are sorry to hear that your experience of the day didn't meet your expectations on this occasion. Regarding the upsells of extras on the day, these are offered to all customers attending the venue by the supplier at the venue. This is an additional stream of income for them independent of the experience that is sold through our website as the acting agency, and whilst there is no obligation to take them up on the offer, it is offered to all customers out of courtesy. Regarding delays experienced on the day, most events hosted at our venues will also feature multiple experience providers, particularly at Three Sisters which is an extremely popular venue. That is to say, other members of the public will be involved. Open day events may therefore experience schedule conflicts with others, but our suppliers at the venue will do their best to account for this and minimise delays where they reasonably can. Regarding the condition of the Kitt Pontiac Firebird you drove, naturally, this is a much older vehicle than some of the other cars that are available to drive on this experience. Furthermore, the vehicles are put through a lot of high-energy manoeuvres every day, not just on the experience you booked on for, but others like it from the same supplier, so they will be subject to more natural wear and tear and need for maintenance or repairs than would normally be the case. In the event that any warning lights are flashing, or there are any delays, curtailments or other mechanical issues with the vehicle, the suppliers at the venue will always endeavour to have high performance replacements that you can drive instead. Whilst we can speak to them to give them right to reply on the condition of the Firebird you drove, what they will always make explicitly clear to customers such as yourself is that, if there are any issues you experience on the day, then you are to raise these with the supplier before you leave the venue. In almost all cases, they will be able to resolve any issues experienced on the day there and then, so as to avoid the situation escalating into less than positive feedback as it has done here. Otherwise, it makes it very difficult to try and effectively resolve any issues when the event has passed.
