We are sorry to hear that there was some braking problems on some of the cars. It is worth noting that the vehicles are put through a lot of high-energy manoeuvres every day, not just on the experience you booked on for, but others like it from the same supplier, so they will be subject to more natural wear and tear and need for maintenance or repairs than would normally be the case.
The suppliers at the venue will always endeavour to have high performance replacements if necessary in the case of warning lights, delays, curtailments or other mechanical issues.
Regarding the friendliness of instructors, it is something we can raise with the supplier of the experience at the venue. That said, Norfolk Gliding Club is one of our busiest and most popular venues, so any signs of disinterest may not have been intentional.
Furthermore, what the supplier at the venue will always make explicitly clear to customers such as yourself is that, if there are any issues you experience on the day, then you are to raise these with the supplier before you leave the venue. In almost all cases, they will be able to resolve any issues experienced on the day there and then, so as to avoid the situation escalating into less than positive feedback as it has done here. Otherwise, it makes it very difficult to try and effectively resolve any issues when the event has passed.
